My feedback is that if you’re genuinely curious and/or interested in the woman then you should ask her yourself. You may roll your eyes are that but I’m serious, for all you know that liquid courage helped her get something off her chest that she would’ve been too nervous to confess otherwise. If she remembered doing that when she woke up then she probably felt mortified and is too embarrassed to reach out about it. Then you’re not addressing it either so there’s most likely even more concern and overthinking on her end, especially in regards to what you think about her. So you should totally ask, then see where that conversation goes!

No, she's being truthful. Inebriation reduces inhibition. Under the influence, people will say things they are afraid to say sober. I was drunk is not an excuse for hateful speech.
