I personally find it obnoxious when a total male stranger simply grabs a woman's hand just to look at their nails.

This is an infringement of the intimate zone and that man has not received permission to enter that intimate zone. My intimate zone is a circle of about 3 feet around me and nobody is basically invited to trespass that zone. Exceptions will unfortunately need to be implemented in large crowds where there is no such thing as an intimate zone due to congested space.

There is at least another big red flag and that is that this person has most likely a nail fetish. Any fetish in my eyes is unacceptable, mainly because it is always linked to a sexual behavior.
