I have a theory in which hormones DO NOT play a role. i tested what it is like to skyrocket estrogenic as well as androgenic hormones in my body for a few hours and it did not change my worldview... but something else did. Hormones change how you deal with thoughts (frightened easily when on estrogen, invincible on testosterone) but they only change the way you interpret the ideas that have reached your mind, they do not change the stream where the ideas come from.

I found i can easily tap into that clairvoyant side at some point and it is impossible at another point. It's largely about the brain hemispheres. When you're right-brained then the word "religion" is synonymous to "shamanistic" in your view. In the left brain, the word religion means "obedience". It is very old science but for anyone new:

Men's entire right side of the body gets more dominant over the left side of the body, than women's, because in the upper lungs which women use more of, there is no such asymmetry.

So it would be more accurate to say that most men are out of touch from the natural intuition everyone should have.

And it is more than just intuition. I already said, the word "religion" turns into something "shamanistic" in the right brain hemisphere. What men have a higher tendency to memorize about about religion, women have a slightly higher tendency to do it without needing a holy book to tell them. Although in the mainstream men and women act pretty similar, women have a slight inclination to see love as a non physical act, while being dominant on the right side of the body it is impossible to see love as anything other than physical acts.

Of course it's a very small inclination. Almost nonexistent in the avergae person. But it exists pretty reliably when comparing genders.

Both. Sometimes they attribute feelings as intuition. But when it comes to some things it is bang on. Children can be a prime example of when it is on. Assuming a man is cheating is a time where it can be off. So the opposite can be true so I would say it is not as simple as one or the other.
