I could tell a very long story of a complicated situation between a coworker and me, but I will try not to tell the whole story. We have been flirting for quite some time now, she even crossed physical boundaries (giving me a boob rub), we like to be with each other, we have fun and serious conversations. A lot of female coworkers have noticed our flirting and made it clear they noticed. My coworker has a boyfriend and sometimes mentions him. Every time I neglected it. However, since I'm quite sure her feelings are sincere just as mine, I realised that we cannot go on like this. So last week when she mentioned her boyfriend I reacted somewhat cold and later that night I made clear that we cannot go on like this as long as she has a boyfriend. The day after she tried to avoid me and I saw she felt hurt. That same day tough, tension between us dropped and we soon got back to our usual routine, she even gave me a big compliment and she complained about her boyfriend. The next day she wore rings, for the very first time since I met her. I'd like to know what is the meaning of those rings and did she do it to make it clear to me she is taken, despite all the flirting?

I don’t understand, does she need to be fully married to make you back off? She sounds like one of those pick me girls that enjoys male attention and flirtation, but has no interest in leaving her relationship. It’s silly for you to blatantly keep ignoring her repeated mention of her boyfriend as if he’s just some obstacle course to surpass. Even more delusional for you to get visibly upset over her mentioning him, because he’s interfering with your pretend time.
