It could be anything from just being a naturally friendly person and being bored and knowing you’ll talk to her (like I have done with men myself); or she’s trying again to hit on you. Both are equally likely.

I'd more lean on the side of negative here and say she just doesn't want you in her life. I'd still ask for clarification just in case, but be prepared to hear that any sort of relationship would be out of the question let alone a friendship.
