I remember the first time I saw my wife where we were both working at the time. Her smile and her eyes instantly drew me in. I knew she was the prettiest girl I had ever seen and it was like those movies where time slows down and everybody else just sort of fades away. So I would definitely say it was magical for me. At least in that case.
