Yesterday I drove past a park and there was a woman in a rather tiny bikini laying out in the park. She wasn’t in a secluded area but instead right near the road. I went by a little later and this time she was face down and I could see she was wearing a thong. She was facing away from the road so that anyone going past, walking or driving, would get a perfect view of her rear end. Was she deliberately trying to show off?

From my perspective, yes — it did look like she was deliberately showing off her body. The way she was positioned in a public park, not in a secluded spot, and the fact that she was wearing a very revealing bikini, especially lying face down in a way that made her body more visible to people passing by, could easily give that impression.

Being so close to the road also makes it seem less like a private sunbathing choice and more like she was aware that others would see her. Because of that, it’s understandable why someone observing the situation would think it was intentional rather than accidental.

It's hard to tell from your brief description tbf, without knowing the woman.

She might have been a confident person who wanted to get a better tan. I know people people/friends who will wear thong bikinis when we go swimming and most of them do it because it's the style or they want a better tan. Personally I'm a bit too shy to do that when there might be people I know around, I've only worn a thong bikini when I've been on holiday and even then I was a bit shy knowing that my butt was pretty much completely on show.

I feel like a bitch saying, but I have known a couple of girls who always used to wear *really* skimpy bikinis to the beach when we went, and they teased me about wearing a one piece, and I do think that they did it to show off tbh.

All in all without knowing her, I'd say give her the benefit of the doubt?

She was comfortable is wearing that and that’s awesome. She chose to wear it in a public place so she would be aware that others would see her, so rather than cut her down, why not celebrate and encourage her to continue being who she is and wearing clothing of her choice? And if you enjoyed the view, what harm was there in that?

Personally I don't criticise any female. It's her individual choice. I have no right to criticize anyone. Indeed it's normal nowadays.  My girlfriend wear micro Teeny Tiny bikini on beach, public park for sunbathing and on resorts vacation get topless too freely.  At cruise ship as well.
