Women having muscles or a muscular build doesn’t always mean masculinity, I think most women are tired of not only looking weak/frail but feeling that. After unhealthily thin and skinny bodies being the beauty standard for decades I’m happy women are lifting weights.. plus us having a bit more muscle doesn’t just look good on us, also really healthy for our body and future health.
