    Most of those girls are real albeit their pictures highly processed with image enhancing techniques. You will not likely find many pictures of girls (and guys) that are not manipulated in a way or another to give a distorted impression of their features.

    You no longer can trust your eyes and what you see when you see pictures of people. Those humans want to be seen differently as what they look in real life. It is basically a lie just like make up on a woman is a lie and does not represent who she is in reality.

    As for AI, it wil start to take over those manually manipulated pictures very soon.
