How come online I see a lot of stuff trending about women no longer wearing bras or shaving their legs but in real life I never really see it?

So since COVID which by this point has been half a decade ago I've been constantly seeing stuff online about women no longer wearing bras or shaving their legs but in real life I've never really seen it.

The one and only braless and hairy legged woman I saw was this 80 something year old woman.

For me it doesn't really make a difference. I just want women to do what makes them feel good. But I find the discrepancy between online and real life kind of odd.

And before you say that you can't tell because they're wearing pants or because they're wearing baggy tops or whatever in the hot and humid climate where I live it would be super obvious since everyone's in shorts all year and wears thin tops and yet legs look as silky smooth as ever and no nipples.

And with bras in specific you can notice from under the clothes bra clasps, bra cup outlines, bra strap outlines, etc. And beyond that I've actually seen women be more chill about bra straps showing. Before they used to go out of their way to hide them but now they don't. Not even for more formal occasions. So they're definitely not braless.

Overall I guess it just depends on where you live. I asked a female friend about this and she just told me she doesn't pay attention to what others are doing but she genuinely needs the support from a bra and likes the feel of smooth legs.

Not sure if my friend represents the majority opinion but yeah.
