I'm actually becoming a fan of the no bra look. I like seeing nipples through the shirt and the natural shape of the breasts. It's like an ultra plus for women who don't have giant knockers as well... it shows off those perky breasts in a really good way. To be blunt it turns me on.

I am being particular about smaller breasts though... it's not such a good look on huge knockers that are just swinging around like my Grandma's tiddies.

This subject actually has me wondering if we're genetically/biologically speaking in a Darwinian evolutionary perspective, breeding the huge titts more because of the clothes and bras.

I love me some perky little tiddies though.

It is very noticeable! We always notice your breasts. We pay attention to that. We can tell what kind of bra you are wearing, and we remember how often you wear that bra vs another. We usually have a favorite bra of yours in the back of our head.

We definitely know when you are not wearing one. It is usually hot—more so than it seems like it should be!

Noticeable is subjective. Personally I always notice. My corpora quadrigemina, part of the brain that helps you recognize things, seems to focus my attention on breasts and especially on braless breasts.
As far as which is nicer, again that’s subjective. I love lace and the lace bra look. But I also appreciate the braless look. Both are sexy.

Most of time, yes. But it depends on the size of her boobs and what she is wearing.

If she has medium to large boobs, it is often possible to see them sway and bounce even if she is wearing concealing clothes.

Even if she has smaller boobs, her nipples often make points and tent behind thinner fabric.

And if she is wearing something tight and stretchy, it is always obvious if she is not wearing a bra.

Either way, I'm all in favor.

I would say that no bra almost always sexier than a pretty bra unless it's a push up bra that creates bulging cleavage or if she needs something that lifts and shapes her boobs to make them stand out. After all, one can't tell how pretty a bra is if she is wearing something over it.

Then again, if you really want to 'stand out' ...

That depends on the top she is wearing, how warm it is, and how much she intends to be seen. If she has nipples of normal size or larger, they are usually noticeable. Her breasts will move around a lot under normal activity if large enough when not wearing a bra.

If a woman's breasts are small, she probably does not need the support. And many women with larger breasts seem to have enough natural support that they do not need a bra. And usually I think those women look a lot better without a bra.

I'd have to say for most guys, the answer would be yes. I'm large busted but very firm, I don't bounce a lot, just a nice little jiggle. About the only time I wear a bra is when I'm working out or running I'll wear a sports bra. That being said, I'm comfortable and confident going braless, and I'm proud when the guys notice.
