Most people probably don't care and wouldn't notice unless it is very visible or prominent because if boob size or the material of clothing etc. In that case...

She's not a naive little girl that she doesn't know what kind of thoughts and feelings it's going to provoke in people. If she has the sense to ensure others around her are comfortable then she should at least come to some kind of compromise by using nipple stickers or a thick tank top or making sure that the fabric or her clothes provide enough coverage. Otherwise, again, she's not 5 and no one has to pretend that they live in utopia for her.

I dont think there is anything wrong with it. Oersonally I dont. But that isainly because I have aleays been quite big in that area ofy body and growing up I got back problems from the result of them being so big and the back pain is worse when wearing a bra. So usually I go without. Unless of course I'm dressing up or wearing something thatight be revealing. Otherwise they hang free and I wear big baggy shirts

Well, depending on what else she is wearing that usually means you can pretty much see her boobs. Some outfits, if not covered by anything else, may just be the pronounced nipples showing, if the material is thin enough she may almost look topless.

If she is attractive and has nice breasts then it is sexual and will get guys looking and attracted to a semi naked woman in their midst.

This if course is if you mean that she is walking around in public.

My wife walking around in public braless... no.

Well, if you're breasts are not very large, most of the time a guy won't even realize that you're not wearing a bra... unless your nipples suddenly get hard, and it becomes very noticeable...

Which is of course a major turn on.

I think that, that girl has some major confidence that I want and need. There's been a few times where I've went outside without wearing a bra and honestly it feels pretty great. To be honest ever since this pandemic has happened, I've wearing my mask more than my bra.

Well generally the only way I can tell is if I see nipples either poking out or can see them through a light colored shirt, and at that point all I think about is nipples, being horny and trying not to stare lol.

I don't know it always makes me wonder why they dont, I kinda thought the support they covered was more comforable than them just hanging, but I geuss not if girls would rather not wear them?🤷‍♂️

Bras aren't good for many females. Some because of wrong fittings, others because of crappy materials not providing good shape or support. I even had a girlfriend who was allergic to many of the dyes.

Depends. It can look good or bad. Definitely some women addicted to never wearing a bra would look better in certain outfits with a bra. I think women are harsher judges about this than men are but at the end of the day, no one look is always right. Some women get hang-ups where they're all anti-bra 100% of the time. It's silly to me.

I tend to think its not a very professional look for guys or girls if their nipples are passing noticeably into their shirts, but if their just at the farmers market, or a sporting event, or whatever, I usually don't think anything of it. Know that it'll likely make some more immature guys notice your breasts more than they would otherwise.

Nothing wrong with it at all. It's your body do whatever makes you feel the moat comfortable. Please be aware of one thing though... Until being without a bra is the standard you'll probably have lots of guys (and girls) staring, especially if the "Headlights" are "Turned On". However that said if no one ever does it this will never become " Normal" and the stares will continue.

*I think girls C-cup or larger should not unless it is under loose fitting clothes. I do not feel the swaying and bouncing are attractive and tends to look sloppy.
*Girls B and below can do pretty much as they want dependent on the setting.

2. Depends on her demeanor. If she is doing this "just to look for trouble", then trouble will usually find her.
