I think it's totally cool and shouldn't be a big deal.
When I started high school in the fall of 1969, girls were going braless and without stockings to protest against school dress codes. It was the time of the women's liberation movement.

What are your thoughts when you see girls out without wearing a bra?

If you think about it, mid-20th century torpedo, bullet, and push-up bras were intended to enhance boobs. But what if a woman doesn't need or want to enhance her boobs?

Some women need bras for lift and support.
Bras also prevent jiggle and turn boobs into firm mounds beneath a woman's clothing.
And some people get really carried away at the hint of nipple bump behind fabric.

I see no reason for a woman to wear a bra if she doesn't want to. There is nothing wrong with the natural shape of women's breasts. I think they are charming.
So what if they bounce? So what if nipple bumps are visible? Why should women be ashamed or self-conscious about the fact that they have boobs?

It's stupid for people to expect women to wear bras as a form of modesty. If that's the reason, then it's a form of bondage.

I think lovely women should feel comfortable in their bodies and proud of their unbound chests.

It depends how obvious it is.

Most of the time, I don't care. I figure it's her choice, and not my place to judge. If she wants to be comfortable, I can't really blame her.

If it's super obvious, to the point of being inappropriate, like her shirt is so thin that I can clearly see her areola, then I might judge her a little bit, because at that point, it just seems like she did it intentionally, for attention.

Well, young women like showing off their bodies and their sexuality by going au naturel. Sometimes this is rather harmless and sexy.

But if a woman is exceptionally large, it can be saggy and sloppy, aesthetically. However, there are those that like saggy and sloppy as much as those who like pert and bouncy. It's all a matter of tastes.

I wouldn't do it for a job interview, or a formal occasion, but men go topless with impunity. Women should have the same freedom.

I'm not going to judge them. I do it all the time myself. Clothing designs play part. I have a number of sleeveless flannel shirts with pockets so it doesn't matter. If it is flat sheer clothing I'm going to be tasteful and wear one. But not under motorcycle gear. You just end up wearing a sweat soaked strap. Yuck.

I've spent some time in other continents & few are as size obsessed as we are. with huge tits. Firmness rather than size is cultivated & I personally think i'st sexier, urban, modern look. I'll go without one sometimes depending on what I'm wearing over it. I don't want strangers staring at my nips but if my top isn't too see-through it's totally fine.

I don't really have an opinion in the positive or negative direction.

If the nipples are extremely visible I might do a double take because I usually don't see that very often where I live, so it's out of the norm, but then I'd just go about my day.

Nipples themselves are not really an attractive part of the body for me, be it on women or on men, so I don't find it especially sexy. I'm weird, yes, I know.
