What do you think about women who don't wear a bra when they go out?

I've gotten to an age of self-acceptance where I'm not trying to attract anyone, I'm not trying to fit someone else's ideals, and I just don't give a shit. So I don't bother. It took a while for my muscles to adjust, and I had residual skin problems from chaffing bras and stuff, but now I'm adjusted to not wearing a bra and have far fewer issues from it. I'm just not fashionable and don't fit OTHER people's ideals. But again, I don't GAF what other people think anymore. If you don't have anything better to talk about than my underwear, that's more telling about you than it is about me, I'd think.

People say braless is unhealthy, but I can't figure out why. Eons have passed with women going braless. Bras have been around for about a hundred years [give or take a few years] and have seemed to survive without bras. Women with large breasts may look better with support but that is their choice. What I have listened to over the years is that women with large breasts want small breasts and women with small breasts want large breasts. My personal choice is anything more than a mouthful is a waste.

It depends on the intent. Some argue that bras prevent sag. Others say they cause it. Why I might not wear one if I were a woman is that they can cause sweating. I might also not wear one, if I were a woman, if my breasts were self-supporting. If it's a woman with full intention of exposing flesh or otherwise drawing attention to their breasts, I would think they are desperate for attention.

Depends on their size, what they are wearing, and where they are going. Going for a walk in the park braless might be perfectly fine. Wearing a tee shirt with nipples poking out would be very wrong at grandma's funeral.

I don't think anything in particular other than maybe they're confident enough to not wear a bra when they don't want to.
I think women should feel free to not wear a bra if that's their choice.
