Is my female colleague a manipulative 'pick me girl' or mentally unwell?

There is this female colleague who flirts with seniors of my office, especially those whom I befriend. She back-bites against her own team members to other teams and expects exclusive support from the trainer who is crazy about her. What is it with her? Is she simply - 'pick men girl or have some psychotic issues?

She just sounds extremely selfish and perhaps a lack of shame that makes her willing to do anything to advance herself. Worse, it probably will work. She's just taking advantage of the situation she is in and maximizing it for her own benefit but I wouldn't classify any of that as psychosis, she probably is just a bad person on a few levels.

Neither. She thinks she's "hustling" when in reality she's making enemies and burning bridges.

Speak to HR and get her booted. Else keep a record of her shenanigans, and then stick it to her.

It's not psychosis. It seems more likely that this is the only game she knows. She thinks that her work is inferior and tries to avoid judgment by offering something else.

She may be unwell and a pick me girl. She could be jealous of you and feels she has to have the same people as you do liking her. All of this may stem from low self esteem.

She is Working good in sleeping with the trainer to earn her position. She has already been reported to the Operations Manager but invain...
