Is my female co-worker attracted to me?

Anonymous
I have a female co-worker who is very attractive. She is good looking, intelligent and very witty. She is also slightly shy, but can be very straightforward at times. She is a single mum. I am a married man several years her senior. I am not looking for an extramarital affair, but I can't deny that I am very attracted to this girl. I love spending time with her, but I'd rather not things got out of hand.

I am guessing that the girl is slightly attracted to me based on the following observations:
- She seems very happy when she is with me and gets very talkative and laughs a lot. Much more than she does when I observe her with others. She also seems _slightly_ nervous, but not in a negative sense.
- She seems to be very interested in spending time with me. If I offer her a lift or asks if she wants to grab some coffee, she seems to agree right away.
- I know she has a male friend who is very interested in her and is dating her, but when I ask her about it (jokingly) she downplays it and says she doesn't know what it is and what she feels about it.
- When we talk there is a lot of bantering and laughing.
- I have noticed that her feet tends to point towards me when we sit around tables with other people.
- I have also noticed that she seems to throw "affectionate" glances in my direction when she thinks I am not watching her.

So what do you think? I love spending time with this girl, and I wouldn't mind if she has a minor crush on me, but I wouldn't want her to fall in love with me. That could be very complicated as I find her so attractive. I would turn her down, but I would hate breaking both our hearts doing so.
