We’ve been working together for couple if months.

one day I was sitting and eating at our workplace cafeteria. He was sitting at the table in front of me, facing me. It was a table for four people, and there were two people sitting across from him. I noticed that he was looking at me while I was eating (I was sitting at the table behind his). People at his table were talking, but even so, he paid attention to me. The look lasted maybe a few seconds. I don’t know if it was just a coincidence.

Today, I was working in a room. He knew I was in that room. As soon as I opened the door and stepped out into the hallway, he looked at me, even though he was at his computer doing something.

It’s very common among men. Just observe other male coworkers and what women they engage with for non-work related talk. They will not engage with unattractive women. Most men will try and talk with the attractive women for even the smallest detail. Again, does not apply if it’s work related.

We were working in open office space. We were last there. Then he asked me if I’m working evening shift and started talking about keys. by the way his doctor and I’m a nurse. Do you think there’s attraction there?

Probably so. If you consider yourself a 5 or greater out of 10, a guy will consider you somewhat or very attractive and will talk with you. By comparison if you were a 1 and obese, he’s not gonna talk with you unless he has to. Men’s standards for women are different than women’s standards for women.

So that means that he isn’t really interested. I’m just a attractive woman among others

Not true. While you might be a 5 and Susie next to you is a 10 but she is a witch and you are a sweetheart he will find you more attractive overall. Men like “cute” coupled with a great personality. We don’t like hot chicks who have terrible personalities and are stuck up.

I’ve noticed that he steals some glances but it’s possible that he’s just paying attention to his surroundings. If he’s interested shouldn’t he make it known to me?

It depends on his confidence level with women and if he’s not taken. Longer stares, more excuses to talk to you or be around you would show a higher level of interest unless he thinks you’re taken or unattainable.

I’m not taken. I’m not sure about him. Also he wouldn’t know if I’m taken or not

I wouldn’t give it a shot but I feel like it’s all in my head lol I’m doubting if he’s attracted
