Sometimes she blushes and turns away when we make eye contact. She sometimes accidentally calls me babe, honey, or darling. She goes out of her way to help me out with my work. She likes to give me long full hugs randomly, and squeezes my biceps. Giggles a lot when we talk. I noticed her voice is different when she talks to me versus everyone else here. She started asking me personal questions, my birth sign, my hobbies. Wants me to teach her a card game I know. She suggested we meet up outside work because we'd have fun. I asked her out to dinner and said yes but I want to make sure she doesn't think this is just friends hanging outside work. Which I am fine with but I'd like to know if I am reading into this too much. Yes, I suck at reading flirtations.

From what I understand from your question and as anothet woman's point of view.. I would say yes she is but is either too shy to tell you and might fear some sort of rejection or she is worried about how starting a relationship with a co worker could possibly effect her job weather positive or negative... Would need more details to know for sure tho...
