I asked this girl (colleague known for a month) some help in the computer while I was holding the mouse.
While helping, she started to move the mouse by placing her hand on top of my hand. She did not take away her hand at all from my hand.

Apart from this, she usually looks at me when I am working and not looking at her. She often stands close to me and sits near by me.
Sometimes she lingers her forearm on my forearm while helping me on the computer.

These could be signs she is interested, but they also could be nothing, it's hard to tell. Some girls are just more touchy, and also when you are interested in someone its possible your mind makes a big deal out of nothing really. I don't know if I'm making any sense haha. If I had to guess tho, I'd say she likes you.
