Goddesses can be egotistical, supremely confident, and either docile or aggressive--none of which would apply to me. However, I'm not as passive and lacking in confidence as a doormat either. Basically, I think he massively over-simplified lol.

I wouldn't classify myself or anyone under one word, I think that might be underestimating how complex people can be. I have different qualities, some good and some bad--I'm just me.

Oh, well I guess I could be like Goddess Saraswati maybe? She's the Hindu Goddess of knowledge, music, art, and science and technology, as stated by wiki haha. I've always thought she was a cool Goddess. She's also considered by some to be the guardian of the earth :)

how would you define a goddess? I don't think I'm hot or anything, but I wouldn't say I'm a doormat. doormat makes me think of this wall flower and I think I am too assertive and outspoken for that.

I think so and then there are some that think they are goddesses but are just very expensive doormats...but then there are some that act like doormats but are goddess material and then there are just some that don't know what they are

Uh... To answer the other question, I'd like a mix of both; goddesses inspire me and doormats I would try and help them to transcend and become themselves goddesses - which is a hilarious image, door mats, like, with wee 'Welcome' sings, becoming divinity, LOL.

The thing is I don't really know either, that's why I asked this question because I was curious as to what the majority would say. I guess I imagine a goddess is someone like my sister. A strong woman, independent, very confident, and aggresive like Heaven said. I have those qualities in me but at different levels and they come out at different times. I don't know how to explain it. Like I can see what she means and I am sort of there but not quite yet. Though I'm not in the middle either.

You implied that like, by saying that a select group of people fall under the category of Goddess, that its simplifying them. So, I made the joke that goddesses weren't simple (and then made the joke that I wouldn't say that to their faces because they have such immense power and are often quite hot tempered - but while also implying that some of them were actually simple).
