Can you be a married lesbian if you once gave up everything for a boyfriend?

i know this girl through her work and to be honest do not really like her much , anyways i've always know her to be a married lesbian so the story i heard today which came from her own mouth was truly shocking to say the least

she was talking to a younger employee who is going away to school in a few weeks about how when she was her age she turned down an opportunity for a sports scholarship ( for basket ball ) at a college in the united states

but the reason is whats so shocking she said it was because she had a boyfriend and did not want to leave and be so far away , so apparently she was dating men in high school but is now a married lesbian and has no college degree because she did not want to go away to college and leave her boyfriend , so she is now stuck in her current job ( a manager at a restaurant ) because she has no college degree because she could not stand to be away from her high school boyfriend

does that make any sense? she is a married lesbian , i now wonder if she is even really a lesbian and perhaps bi sexual or even making the whole thing up to advance her career as she has no degree

i'm so lost cannot even wrap my mind around this one , she gave up her chance in life for a guy but is now married to a women and in love

Makes perfect sense. Most lesbians have been married to men and had kids. Historically lesbians were just married to men and while their husbands were at work they fooled around with their close female friend, it was all behind closed doors.

true we live in a small town with a lot of churches , i'd imagine there is a lot of closest lesbians here who don't want to publically admit they like women but are already married to men

the shocking part to me is that she gave up her future when she was 18 for a guy and now has no degree , few career options and married to a women , think how much different her life could be now if she had went to that college on that scholarship and graduated with a degree?

heard of bi sexual women , just hard to believe the lady who has made such a big deal about being a married lesbian once dated a man in high school and even decided to give up her future to be with him only to break up later in life and marry a women.

its crazy to think she has no degree and no career options now because she could not bare to part with her high school " boyfriend " , i just can't wrap my mind around that one

its not the bisxuality that is shocking its the fact she basically sabotaged her whole life when she was 18 over her high school boyfriend. to be honest not entirely surprised to learn she had sex with a guy in high school , but shocking to think she gave up her future for a boyfriend

she could of went to one of those NCAA level colleges on a scholarship to play basketball but instead gave it all up for a guy , thats so crazy i can't even wrap my mind around it

the girl from my hometown who makes such a big deal about being a married lesbian , at one point in her life made the decision to give up her future to be with her boyfriend , thats so crazy and its not like they would of had to have broken up , just would of had to deal with some distance and time apart but she decided it was too much to bare and now has no degree , few career options and stuck working at a restaurant as literally the worst manager ever , i can't believe she gave up her own future when she was 18 for a guy

she could of went to a top college , got a degree , played for a college level team , got a good job when graduated but gave it all up for her boyfriend? like that is just unreal to me
