This girl posts on facebook that she's held together by caffeine and I dont even remember what else she said. I respond with And? What's your point? She responds with why are you even here? Meanwhile all the other girls are telling this girl how her 3 night sleep deprived look just looks absolutely amazing. Honestly, I wasn't even trying to be offensive. They get so pissed off so easily.

Honestly with a comment like that you might has well have said “and? Who cares?”. It’s just unnecessarily rude, so I don’t think it was like overly sensitive for her to respond how she did.
I just thought her whole post was pointless, but I get it. Personally I think her saying then what are you even doing here seemed a bit over the top, but that's okay.
I tend to be overly blunt and it often rubs people the wrong way.
Personally I feel like “and? What’s your point?” lines right up with her saying “what are you even doing here?”. Both statements in my opinion are equally rude, and this is from an unbiased perspective, as I gain nothing from siding with either of you. I don’t think one statement was more harsh than the other. It’s important to remember that when you’re texting/messaging/etc, it can be easy for what you said to be misunderstood. Admittedly, you’re a blunt guy, so coming at a woman who doesn’t know you personally with a comment like that can come off as an insult (whether you intended to insult or not). I think times like this can be learning lessons, and maybe next time you have a comment, think how the other person may interpret it before you say it. I’ve always said that what happens between what I say and how someone interprets it is none of my business, but even in that case, I’m incredibly mindful about what I say, and keep it to myself if there’s no need to say it. Like in your case, I don’t think there was a need to make that comment, you just felt annoyed with her venting or whatever and therefore, made a passive aggressive comment.
Honestly its the bars that make them post most of that stuff like letting people know what time theyll be behind the bar etc. I guess i just get a kick out of stirring the pot in this case. You do have a good point of taking into consideration how the other person may receive a certain comment.
Yeah, it seems like since Covid these places really push for promo from the girls and/or other team members. What they fail to realize is just because a woman is attractive, bubbly and whatever does not mean she’s going to be good at advertising on social media, networking, etc. It can definitely seem like a bit of a joke based on who’s doing the promo, so if you’re seeing through the bad acting skills or bad promo skills in general I’m sure you could get a kick out of messing with them. Just keep in mind though when you stir the pot, you can always get burned!
What was the point of saying anything if you only had something pointless to say?
Because I thought her post was pointless as well which was why I was like and? What's your point? didn't mean to be offensive, but i can see how should could have felt that way.
