If a girl gives you like a shy/slight smile?

I have this feeling this girl at my job either has a crush on me or at least finds me attractive.

We were talking and she was explaining something mundane, so I looked in her eyes and gave her like a slight smile, and her eyes widened and lit up and she had like this shy smile like she was trying not to smile.

I've also seen her fixing her clothes around me, like smoothing down her skirt, things like that. Could she have a crush on me

If she is naturally shy, it's likely she does. She's trying to maintain a good appearance around you to impress you. The smile seems to be a reflex by looking at you. If you have caught her staring at you and she looks away, that is usually a tell-tale sign as well.
