She never uses my name?

Not once has this girl ever used my name. Each time she sees me she says "hey" and all that, or when she tries to get my attention when I don't know she's behind me or something she goes "pssst" and we talk for a while. Were friends/co-workers for a couple months now and I know she knows my name because when I text her randomly she knows it's me right away and my name isn't long or complex or weird. She also calls other guys and girls by their names. like "Hey John did you see the news yesterday" and all that. So what's up with her never using my name even to call me over it's always "psst" or "Hey" etc. Kind of odd.

Does she also act strangely around you, or is this the only weird thing she does? I don't want to get your hopes up or anything, but it's possible she has some feelings for you. I know that for me, unless the person I like is a really close friend, I'll avoid saying their name unless I absolutely have to. I guess I subconsciously think people will somehow magically *know* from the way I pronounce their name or something.

It's also possible she just doesn't know you as well as she knows your other co-workers, and I guess people tend to use the names of people they don't know as well a little less often.

She's quite comfortable with me. We always crack jokes and she's always smiling and laughing when I'm talking and comes sits with me at lunch as opposed to other co-workers she has known for longer. She likes to talk to me and likes me to sit with her when we have lunch break together. In short she's comfy with me. Just never ever used my name not once...it's just weird. Everyone else uses my name when needed (girls/guys).

I have the same problem. This girl will never use my name. She will say 'hey' or whatever but she has said it only a few times, which is weird since she will address everybody else by their names. If it helps any, I like her and I feel weird saying her name, so I will use her middle name or a nickname I gave her, there's just something about using the name everybody else calls her by that makes me feel like I'm being too obvious haha. Seriously, she will say "hi (name)" to every single coworker, except me, its just too odd to ignore

Maybe by saying my name she will think that I think she likes me ha ha Or lead me on and doesn't want to ruin the "friendship" or some b.s. along those lines. Who knows.

I've experienced this before and it's clearly a signs that she's not really into you. but just considers you an acquaintance or friend that she's not really close to.
