Do girls ever not trust themselves with a guy?

I know for guys there are always certain girls where all inhibitions go out the window despite whether or not we want that to happen.

So for girls does it happen that often or has it prevented you from going out with someone because you knew exactly what would happen?

I've been pursuing a girl for a couple months now and I seriously suspect that she might not trust herself with me and that is why she's been hesitant to start going out together. She's has ample opportunity to shut me down, but won't. Her behavior around me screams lust too. It's a very frustrating situation for guys.

No, not in terms of STARTING to date someone. But I was that way with my ex when it came to standing up for myself after we broke up but were still having sex. I had very little control over myself in regards to him. I had to get some really good distance before I was able to assert myself and say no when I needed to, knowing sex wasn't all I wanted and it was unhealthy and unfair for me to settle for only that when I used to have so much more. Looking back, I kind of felt that way when we very first were getting together, but things were going my way, so it didn't deter me.

Well yes there are certain guys that I don't trust myself with once they make a move...but I'm not the type to pull the move. This is really only if there is an unavailable guy, I have been attracted to a few of them before. I have never acted on it of course! But, I know that if they were to pull a move on me, I would probably not be able to resist it.

I really don't know. I mean, I was talking about say he got me alone and started kissing me...I don't think I could resist, because he's someone I've fantasized about and feel super attracted to.

I am the same exact way. I like to think I have that aspect of me in complete control but there are some men that can just really make you lose a grip on logic and just go wild with lust. lol

YES! For me there was this one guy and I knew that I could never go to his house when he would want me to because something attracted me to him and sadly if I would have went over to his house his girlfriend wouldn't have been a issue. Even in the class we had together we would text each other non stop. Lust and horniness is so powerful.

Generally, it seems like that stuff will happen after I really get to know a woman and I happen to have a crush on her for a little while at least... or, in the case of an ex, it'd be if she started kissing first, to where I'd have to try to resist. Otherwise, that doesn't happen that often with me. I'm not wanting to make out with total strangers.

I'm like that with my ex. The few times we've seen each other since the break up turned into several hours of making out...not sex though. Neither of us intend for that to happen, but the chemistry is just there. I don't go around him now because I don't trust myself. It's interesting that you asked this question because I was just talking to a friend about how I don't trust myself around my ex. lol

Yes, that is happening right now. I have basically had to leave parties early or not be where he is because I want to jump him SO bad. It's like he's a magnet or something. AGG!

Yes. I don't trust myself with the guy I'm currently seeing because from the moment I laid eyes on him I wanted to sleep with him, but I am resisting doing so. I guess I should give myself more credit. = )

Yeeeahh, I gave in though on the third date. :( It's so crazy cause I never thought I'd be so insanely attracted to this type of guy. Its like he makes me want to just jump him every time I see him. Gaah, I can't be alone with him cause I don't know what I'd do!

Yes. I was good friends with a guy, and I knew if we ended up alone we'd end up sleeping together. I didn't want it to go there, so I kept my distance from him.
