Ladies, was she only wanting my attention?

There is a long backstory that I won't trouble you with. Short summary. She liked me I did not act, when I finally asked her out a month ago she said maybe and I took that as a no. In the past if we are at a party we a physically flirty.

On Wednesday we were both at a party. She avoided me, but was glancing to see where I was. Later she was by me and I touched her hip, she came and leaned against my leg and my hand spent the rest of the night up her skirt. As the party ended I walked with her and a girlfriend to grab a taxi. Her and I flirted, at one point I had my arms around her and we were cheek to cheek. I moved for a kiss and she did not respond so I stopped. Later she took my arm and later grabbed my hand as we walked down the street. As I got into my taxi she shook my hand goodnight. Find out the next day she jut started dating someone. What are your thoughts?

Do I talk to her and hash it out, or just let it drop and have her address it when I see her on Wed at another party? Btw...I do pass her in the hall almost daily. When I did on thurs, I was getting a lot of looks from her group of girls, but she looked down.

I did get a kiss on the neck as we were walking down the street goofing. She gave it to me and ran away.
