Do some men really like "complicated" women?

I have told several guys that they shouldn't try because I'm complicated...and every guy said they like complicated girls. Personally I believe they just said that to get what they wanted.

What do yo think?

This is generally true for me. Most women I've found that I like are very complicated, although none has actually admitted it to me.

Actually, "complicated" is a bit of an understatement...they're usually "twisted" like a horrible knot that seems impossible to untie.

But I wouldn't say that I like girls because they're complicated. I think "complicated" usually implies there being a lot of frustration, not something I look forward to.

It's just that I guess all the things I do like seem to go with "complicated"...or whatever makes me attracted to someone. It makes you more interesting, and maybe it's also because I'm not so simple myself.

So that's me. I'm not sure if all guys who say they like complicated really mean it, since without saying what that means, it's hard for a guy to guess...and I'm sure that many guys would not bother guessing just based upon what you tell them. If you told it to me, I'd be both wary and appreciative at the same time, but ultimately it wouldn't discourage me either.

What are the things you like that usually go with "complicated"? And I like the comparison to a horrible knot :) I'm often a bit of a contradiction and confused as hell. Just because I think too much and get indecisive (which I know is annoying!)

i feel like complicated is one of those words that just sugar coats...to me it pretty much means crazy. like when fat chicks say they are curvy, same thing

They should have asked you what you meant. Even if you lied about it, then they'll know what they're sort of dealing with.
