My crush surprised me the other night. I had heard through the grapevine about some heavy personal things he has been going through in his life but I left it alone and didn't ask him about it.

He spilled his guts to me about it the other night and told me all the nitty gritty details. I just listened for close to an hour and tried to be positive and supportive. He seemed relieved.

Do guys let you into their personal life when they start feeling connected to you and attached to you? Or do they do this with anyone? I am still trying to guage this guys interest level? Does this mean he's investing in something with me?

I would imagine that opening up yourself to anyone to reveal deep dark potentially self destructive secrets would indicate feelings lol.

As far as investing in something - hard to say.

Just because someone opens up - could mean they trust you as a good friend or maybe romantic interest.

The line is fuzzy there.

More details like if he flirts with you, how you guys get along, how much one on one time you end up spending togetehr - does he call you just to hang with you, does he generally enjoy being with you, has he hinted that he loves the time you spend together etc etc.

If your really curious - make a move.

Flirt with him and be obvious about it. If he responds just as flirty or more - he's interested.

Oh believe me all of the flirting indicators are there too. See my other q's I posted about him. Flirting, constant compliments, excuses to touch me, etc. I am trying to take it slow but this feels like he upped the pace a bit by letting me into his inner self.

Take it slow? Doesn't seem like he's trying to have sex and what not or rush you into anything - sometimes people just get comfortable enough with someone at various times to share.

We have been getting to know each other for about 4 months but the chemistry is just off the charts. Just being newly back into the dating scene I tend to second guess everything but my gut tells me he's falling for me. Reading guys is hard! Nothing physical has happened yet except his constant innocent touching. He doesn't try to push sex (likes to talk about it) but hasn't pushed it.

Oh okay - that sounds like a pretty good pace. I don't think you should be too concerned with him sharing - it's obvious he feels strongly connected to you, and you have that chemistry with him. Are you hesitant of fully dating him for some reason? Like if you had a time limit set for when you'd actually get with him - when would that be? Like a year or 2?

No, we are both recently out of relationships and I wasn't even looking to get into another one for a while but he just struck me out of the blue. My head is literally spinning off my body about this whole situation. Didn't expect to meet him or feel this way again at all!

awe cute - well allow yourself the time you need to recharge after the last relationship - if he ask you out, tell him your not quite ready yet. I doubt if the spark is that incredible he'll be leaving anytime soon so.

He keeps asking me what my weekend plans are but hasn't come out and asked me out. I wish he would so I could have some closure. I am trying to put the puzzle pieces together about his feelings. UGH!
