Why do I attract creeps?

Question

So I have noticed every guy who I have dated or talked to are creeps.

They blow up my phone.

They text me all day.

comment on everything on my fb.

Like every picture.

and when we are together they are always so clingy.

They always seem to suffocate me.

want to always know who I'm talking to.

Were I'm going

Who I'm with

What am I doing.

who am I texting and what am I talking to them about.

They want to hang out everyday.

If I don't text back they get mad.

There is a lot more things too. I m always nice and entertaining around them I do play around by confusing them or arguing about little funny things am I doing something that is making them that way?

No, some guys just are like that. They don't get made like that by a girl.

It's a phase most of us go through, and most people (not most people on GAG unfortunately) only act like that with their first girlfriend. Then she dumps him, and he learns and moves on and grows up.

There's a lot of guys on GAG who are in a state of Arrested Development, where they can't learn, repeat the same mistakes over and over, blame girls for this and slowly accumulate a giant ball of misogynistic hatred.

Everyone needs a hobby, I guess.

Basically, it's not your fault or anything you're doing wrong. You just need to avoid those guys, and get a better class of man interested in you.

god this sounds so frustrating...

it seems to me that these guys have some kind of insecurity issue. Maybe before actaully getting into a relationship you should date a little longer...

i've had girls do exactly this to me as well...its freaky, to say the least.

my only suggestion is to take more time...i mean you're obviously taking enough time to see they are like this before actually getting into a relationship with any of them...

just make sure everything you've listed here, not to do to a guy either...(not saying you do)

You may be sending mixed messages to them, making them think you are more connected than you are. Also, we sometimes attract what we subconsciously want at the time. It gets to be a habit for us.

So, if you don't like the men you have been attracting, start making changes in the way you react to men & the manner in which you communicate with them. Don't let them think you are there to "entertain" them and to "play around." If they are "blowing up your phone" don't answer it, don't be available. Let them know what you want from the start, if it's a relationship, then act accordingly.

Try to look at a pattern and evaluate all the guys you've attracted/dated. You attract a lot of guys but only pick a few. what do you like about these guys in the beginning? what are the things they have in common? maybe you like ther attention they give you early on, but later it becomes tiring and too much? maybe your picking guys who make you feel worshipped? maybe your picking guys who don't have much going on besides u?

There are only 2 possible reasons:

The first: You had bad luck! Yes - coincidences are real. Sometimes.

Well.. so far every guy you've ever dated was a creep but who's to say it's to remain that?

The second: You contribute to their creepiness either aware or unaware of it.

It's a well-known fact, if a person is interested in someone and receives too less or no reciprocation compared to their made efforts, first they'll spike-increase their efforts to get the attention from their object of desire to extreme levels - and that's what makes them creepy and clingy in the first place, but if it will fail - most of them will give up and go away.

There's a pattern with the guys that you pick...and yes, I did say "pick".

Figure out the common thread from these guys when you first met them, then break that mold.

If you don't change things up, you're gonna get the same result repeatedly.

Probably not. You are probably just a beautiful person to them and they are how they are. Try to notice guys who don't do that to you. Who you have spoken once or twice and not since. Maybe that will help to get better male friends.
