What does it mean when you dream of someone then see them the next day?

Okay so the other night I had a dream about this guy I know... But no longer talk to.

and I bumped in to him the next day, which I usually don't see him anywhere.

does this mean anything or is it just a coincidence?

Well it could all be just physiological. Maybe you see this person every-so-often but don't notice it. It occurs to me a lot. Or it could be the theory of the sixth sense: ESP. Where your dreams can predict the future ;)
