It's perfectly good. Well, actually very great, if and only if I like her back. I love to know. If I don't O don't mind as long as she accept my feelings. If she expect something back when she says that or she get's angry or gives any kind of negative emotions to me because I didn't respond exactly as she would like to, then I would probably just be ignoring it or rejecting it without any concern what she might feel.

I actually cannot be hurtful to any girl that comes to me with that humbly and vulnerably.

I personally think that greatest power of womanhood is ability to be completely vulnerable and by it completely disarming.

I am not saying that she will automatically get positive response, but any negative response would at least be given with deepest care.

I think guys are more responsive to a girl telling him she likes him or even just hitting on him. We don't get hit on all the time like you girls do so its definitely faltering at the very least. Unless you are really annoying about it, or won't leave us alone about wanting us to date you (if we're not interested that is), we won't think you're weird.
