You don't really go out of your way to tell someone you're making them nervous if you mean to tell them they're being creepy or making you uncomfortable.

She's nervous because of you telling her your feelings, and now she has this sense of self to make sure she's not embarrassing herself in front of you.

Most often a good thing. If she is doing so and seems nervous/anxious or uncomfortable talking about feelings then that's not good a lot of times. Everyone is different and some girls deal with this in different ways but if I am acting giggly or overly smiley I like the guy.
