Call me naive, but I find it strange that a 21 year old girl would act this way towards me.

When she is with other guys she jokes, talk and laugh like normal.

However, whenever I talk to her she just looks and smiles. If its a yes/no question she would just nod/shake her head. When I talk or gave her a compliment she would giggle first before saying something. When in a group, she would usually be silent and I have to do the talking with her friends.

Its like talking to a little girl! Are you like this when talking to guys you like?

When she's around cute guys, she starts giggling uncontrolably. Its pretty funny though.

It really depends on the guy. If I really like that particular guy, yes I'm a little giggly and blush a lot. But that's not a bad thing by any means. Just give her a little time to open up and then you won't get her to shut up. :-)
