What are some shy girl signs of attraction?

There is a girl at my church that I like a lot. With everyone else at church she seems really comfortable and talks to guys or girls with no problems at all. she's been going to this church since birth so she knows everyone really well and she's known who I am for like 3 years.

Shes always staring at me from a distance. I always have to be the one to say hi first to her. when I walk up to her at church she always freezes up and looks down and away from me. Seems like she's afraid to even say hi, make eye contact or talk to me. This past Sunday I walked up to her and her friend and she once again froze up and looked down and away so I just said Happy Easter and walked away but as I walked away I'm like 99.99% sure that she quietly told her friend "hes so fine". whatcha shy girls think? What signs of attraction should I look out for? How should I go about getting to know her better? I like her =)

Haha honestly sounds like the way I act... I am a super shy person when it comes to the guy I like. I don't know why us shy girls get so intimidated by the guys we like, what you have to do is take baby steps to make her feel more comfortable with you in other words she has to warm up to the idea of you being around. Maybe start off by texting her make a couple of corny jokes to help lighten up the conversation. Once you guys get to know a little bit more about each other ask her out on a fun date like mini-golf or something active where she can show her goofy side instead of being so up-tight like if you were to go to a movie. The main things is if you are able to get her to feel comfortable with you which to do that make sure you guys are having fun, then everything will work out just fine. Good luck!

Main one her being extra shy! Lol I know that sounds obvious but I'm a shy girl so I would know. Shy girls are complicated so how do I say this... Most of the time a shy girl will only be shy for a couple of minutes and then learn to loosing up, that is if she is not trying to impress anyone. If she is trying to impress someone although it seems a little backwards she is not going to break out of that shyness that is until you make her feel comfortable enough. From what you said I can pretty much guarantee she like you!

Oh wow ya I figured she either hates my guts or she's shy and has a big crush on me LOL thanks for shedding so much light onto the matter! She's single right now but I'm pretty sure that her ex is hoping to try and get back with her. What should I do? just try to talk to her for a little while next time I see her instead of just saying hi as usual? Should I ask her if she wants to hang out and talk?

One thing with us shy girls is we are always second guessing ourselves... saying that it means your going to have to make the first move, so she knows what you want to confim what she wants as well. Yes I do think you should ask her to hang out suggest something fun so she is able to lighten up and more likely to be herself. As far as the next time you see her say hi you can try to start a conversation if you want, but until you ask her to hang out she's going to continue to be really shy.

Awwww, I think you should hang out in the same group that she does (if you two have any mutual friends) and let her become comfortable with you. I'd go up and try to start a hey how are you today conversation and gradually become friends.. then pop the I like you card ahha

If she's looking at you and hanging around you a lot, trying to email and touch base with you all the time, etc., then she is attracted to you and wants your attention as well.

If you like her, you should make an effort to go hang out with her, chat her up, etc. It doesn't have to be a major event (like a "Date"), but just a few informal things leading to a date, etc.
