I am fine with her doing whatever she wants Because she has a very bad period with cramps and sore boobies and what not! I love her a lot
Is there anything I can do to make her feel better or is it better to leave her alone those days?
You know if you leave her alone she's gong to claim that you don't care, lmao!
My PMS so bad that I take prescription medication for it. My husband is the most patient man in the world when it comes to that time of the month. He just leaves me alone - when I rant and rave he ignores me. He spends his time playing video games, watching TV, reading ... he knows it doesn't matter what he does he will be in trouble, so he pretty much just does what he wants.
I'm aware of my problem though, I know my frustration and general craziness is hormonal so I don't hold his detachment against him (as he doesn't hold my nuttiness against me).
I don't know how aware your girlfriend is about her PMS causing her crankiness - but if she knows, then do what you want. Leave her alone, comfort her - or like my husband loves to do - get her super worked up for entertainment purposes (No, don't do that, lol.)
Good luck.
When she gets upset and rejects your advances to comfort her its best to just leave her alone. But maybe just try to do more things that she likes, maybe buy her chocolate if that helps her, or bath salts or something so she can relax in a bath when she's cramping. Just be there and be comforting when she wants it.
I know all to well about the crying about silly things lmfao and I just can't help it sometimes my emotions just feel so overwhelming.. seriously... but after its all said and done I laugh about some of the things I've cried about lol.

Leave her alone! I mean text her and tell her you love her and tell her how beautiful she is (always makes a girl less cranky) I mean I'm a girl and pmsing is a bitch. And if she is in a bad mood just ask her why never agru with a girl whos bleeding trust me.
Ask her, not us.
Different chicks dig different things. I would prefer to be left alone, personally. It can make you feel miserable -- not just the hormonal mood swings, but physically awful. My body gets so sore I feel like I've had the flu for five days, so sometimes, having a guy pawing all over you asking "Do you feel better now?" can be irritating. (That's what my boyfriend does, lol).
It is probably better to leave her alone. At least I prefer to be left alone... Just be forgiving when she gets cranky. But not condescending or anything.
Buy her a brand new box of tampons and rub her tummy.
Give her a hot water bottle get her panadol without being asked, run
Her a bubble bath but give her her space also
Yeah. Stay away from her.
