Why would a guy not stare away after you caught him staring?

HE wants you. It's him dominating and wanting make love to you maybe. There are guys and girls who react differently. This kind probably wants to dominate you amybe in a good way but maybe he's a creep. Maybe HE does not care. But really it depends on his facial expression. And his reaction if you test him by saying no. If he's looking like I wish I had. Or I'm going to take. He's up in your head for sure. I don't like people in my head or trying to be in my life without me wanting them to be first. No stalkers. No push overs. I have to want you both ways. In speach also. Win me don't overpower me. I noticed many guys are really of no morals in high positions who look for girls all creepy stalker like from being a male. Even lots and lots of really creepy guys who do this to men in positions of power to bother them. It's called staring to annoy or ruin your day/life. Trashy people who will never have a life and want to ruin yours. Just because they have a job at a gas station doesn't mean they are normal or won't screw with you or try to overpower you. Trashy comments. Stair-downs. What's next a drive by? Kidnapping? Or just maybe he just liked you. No one can tell what's in his mind. Many who act trashy change people who hang with or listen them. Girls say it's just a man and except it as normal but truthfully she has to know the whole package first if you want a normal future. Go for a guy who you get to know a little and then love. Forget the horny stair guys. Why didn't he say hi make you feel comfortable? Maybe he is simply uneducated on who to act? If you didn't like it theirs ways to prevent it.

We're like that, it's called the mating instinct. Next time you see him lick your lips or just give him a little smile. If you don't fancy him - or if you're Not That Kind of Girl - look at him without any expression and then look away.

btw. fo you know him. where were you guys. how long did he stare for overall. was he sitting alone, were you etc, etc, detail, maybe.

that happened to me, earlier this year. I assumed he was staring at me, to show me he's not afraid to stare. to let me see he's attractive. attracted to me. to let me know he doesn't care about the girl he's sitting with, or the guy I'm sitting with. it was as tho he felt he had rights to my gaze.

i found it arrogant because he was ignoring his friend. but I'm attracted to him, so we stared for a few minutes, till my friend got offended, id stopped talking. I had to break it.

he still ignored me / got angry when I tried to talk to him, later. so it was silly games people play.

Actually I did. I black dress and some heels but not the sexy one and my hair wavy.

Yeah, if you are kind of pretty (at least average) and you dressed like that, I would stare at you as well like him especially if I was caught off guard or if I already have some feelings for you.

This did happen to me before, I was working and totally caught off guard by a girl who dressed formally. It was worse and awkward because we stopped talking due to conflicts but she had really a lot of makeup, formal pants, and a flirty wavy shirt.

I was totally embarrassed and hated myself.
