Does she like me or not? College?

Question

OK well I'm in my third week of college as a freshman.There's a girl who is in two of my classes that I like. In the first one we're in a big room,like a movie theater.Which means there are over a 100 seats in there. And the past three days in that class she's been sitting in the seat right in front of me.I don't think she really knows anybody in that class,l don't either.So its not like she's sitting there because her friend's are,she's alone each time and so am I.Anyway during class her chair is kinda at an angle,and it looks like she looks back towards me sometimes. And then in our other class we're at computers on a rounded table and I always sit on the same table as her.Friday I went into the room first and she followed me over.Most of the room was empty and she sat down right next to me,when I was on the other side of the room. Then before we started I braved up and said a few things to her,just dumb little jokes about our work and she was laughing at them. And every time I said something to her she would smile a lot and seem like she was shy,she didn't say a lot. And while we we're working she would turn completely sideways in her chair facing me with her body,while her head was towards the computer.I hardly know her so I need to know two things.One does she like me or not.And two what do I say to her to flirt with her back if she is flirting. Some things I can make up on the spot but I need to know something to say to her.She seems pretty far out of my league to me,I think of myself as an average guy.That's why its so hard for me to accept that she might like me.So please don't give me corny answers like just go for it.Sorry it was such a big read.

Maybe she is feeling shy...third week of college. People are still trying to get used to it.

She doesn't even know you, how could she like you?

She sounds like she wants to get to know you though.

It doesn't matter what you talk about so much...as long as you just talk to her. Just make the chit chatty noises...

So you could ask her if she likes her dorm or her room-mates. Find something cool on campus and ask her if she has seen it yet. Invite her out for a hamburger.

This is how you test whether she does or not...keep it simple, no pressure, by saying to her one day: I'm heading to get some pearl tea/jamba juice after my classes, want to come? Most girls, if they like you will either A) sure or if they cannot B) immediately suggest a time when they ARE free (because they don't want to lose that opportunity.

I personally would say yes she likes you. I would just see if she wants to go for coffee and study together so you can get to know her. I hope this helps!

You don't want an answer like go for it?!  Fine, forget about this girl and find one you're more comfortable with.  If you think she's out of your league then sooner or later she's going to think that too.  I would date other girls, get some experience, then ask her out when you're feeling more confident and secure.

Just be normal. Don't try to be super flirty. Invite her to grab a drink inbetween classes or after class then you can talk to her more. Keep the conversation light and flirty, don't get into anything serious. Tease her a little bit if she goofs up and don't be afraid to treat her like an old friend.

If a girl is positioning her body toward you while still looking at a computer screen, I'm gonna go with yes. She likes you. I think the asking her to study thing is a great idea. Hope you go for it!
