I do kinda like this shy introverted girl at work. Im kinda shy and introverted too. We dont see eachother much though and rarely get a chance to talk. I haven't really shown too much interest in her aside from eye contact followed by a smile, she generally responds well to this, and a couple times found her looking at me smiling on a different occasion but on the same day. Is this enough to make her think I like her?

Probably not just thinks your nice. It's hard but go talk with her. Be nice sweet and fun!

Then she will know you like her if in a week or two you ask her out... Not a big date but like small coffee.

this happened to me with a woman last couple months we were exchanging eye contact without talking, the problem was in me, i couldn't approach her because i wasn't ready for a relationship, i wasn't working and didn't have much clothes to hangout with her so i didn't talk to her , in your case you just need to be a little brave and go talk to her

I would say to just shoot your shot. Ask her for coffee or to go to a park, something simple and friendly. If she really likes you then that will be enough, no big fancy date. Maybe even a movie! Smiling at each other can be very vast but if you step out of your comfort zone to make a move I believe it will pay off.
