Girl's Behavior

This guy at school always stares at me every time we see each other. Does he like me?

There’s this guy at school (college) and every time we see each other, we would always stare at each other. It’s like we’re both aware of each other’s presence. He has this math class before mine so we’d see each other all the time. This one time I was talking to a classmate of mine and I saw him come out of the classroom and he was looking at me as he walked past me and smiled! I notice he always stare at me and I stare at him too. We notice each other a lot…If he thinks I’m cute or is interested in me, why didn’t he do anything? Why didn’t he come talk to me or make a move? Does he like me? I really wouldn’t mind getting to know him or even date him. I was just standing waiting for my sister to get out of class and then he moved closer to me but I was too scared so I moved to a different location smh. Then when I entered my classroom after his I saw him. He “dropped” his pencil when he was trying to put his stuff away, but I couldn’t pick it up because someone else already did. Did he purposely did that or was it really an accident? I also saw him again in the library…I was just reading a book and then I saw him. I think he noticed me as he walked past me. He stood by a table next to mine to put something away and took off…slowly. I was so nervous I didn’t know what to do. What did I do? I acted like I didn’t notice him…sigh.
