I actually think that it is very sexy and looks fun. I dislike the glamourization of it by pop culture. Twerking has been around for years and will still be there after its popularity wanes. Why can't people showcase their sexual or sensual sides through dance without being thought of as trashy. It is like the dancehall dancers in Jamaica. To them dutty whining and freaking etc is very normal, but in the conservative world out come the big guns to shoot them down. I say let the people be comfortable in their own bodies to do what ever the fu*ck pleases them. People should just accept that we are sexual beings and being sensual is part of who many of us are. Here I thought that we are all supposed to be sexually liberated, but there seems to be unnecessary exceptions.

I'm not into twerking but I don't see anything wrong with it. I don't think its any more trashy than other dances that involve a lot hip and pelvic gyrations, and let me tell you there are a many, but for whatever reason they never get called ghetto. I'm sure you can figure out why.

I don't think it's trashy. It's just a dance that's popular now. It actually amazes me how some can twerk like that. I don't have anything against it. If you can twerk then show it off.

How can you think someone is a slut or whore by way they dance? I don't think too much of it. Its pretty much normal to me, because I grew up around women "twerking," It's nothing new, they just gave it a name and move more with it.
