Why do I shake slightly when my boyfriend gets close and personal with me?

i realize there may be a number of possible options:

1.nervous

2.scared

3.quite turned on

4.excited

but…. I'm positive I'm not nervous or scared…. I could be turned on or excited but why does that happen? I feel pretty stupid when it happens and I wish it would go away. it doesn't happen for too long but yeh… GUYS, hav you ever had a girl who's done this and what do you think of it?

If this were like a first date or something, then I would say that it was more likely to be the fact that you are nervous and a little scared! lol However, as this is your boyfriend and you are pretty sure that it's neither of those things, then I think it's simply the fact that when the two of you are close and perhaps affectionate, then the rush of adrenaline and the excitement that you are feeling at that time is causing you to shake a little. It's nothing to worry about and quite normal in many cases... It's good that your partner excites you in that way! lol Over time, when you become a lot more familiar with each other, you may find that this shaking stops, but for now it's probably just an excitement rush. I wouldn't worry too much about it and just enjoy the fact that your partner can have that kind of effect on you! ;o)

it's adrenaline pumping up owing to excitement. Excitement stemming out of expecting and / or wanting something yet maybe thinking this is not the right time.

When one is in that state of excitement it takes some cooling off to get turned on but it's a stage where one wants to get turned on which is why that reaction :)

It's not just girls who react that way, it happens to guys too :)

This happens to me, too. I don't even notice it most of the time, but the guy does. Most of the time, when they do comment on it, they're just surprised. I've had one person actually say it's cute... I don't know why, the fact I do this and don't even notice it happening frustrates me a bit. I have no idea why it happens. I'm sort of a shy person, but I don't think I'm THAT shy that I would be shaking when I'm just giving a guy a hug for goodness sake. I'm interested to see more opinions on this.

You seem to be a very shy and nervous gal. Whenever you boyfriend comes closer to you you loose your confidence. This is not good. If you hv a boyfriend you hv to accept it. Otherwise one day he will be bored of you. Both of you will not enjoy your relationship. Confidence is the key of relationship. Try to meet him in public , touch hm and allow him to touch you.
