My boyfriend said whenever he talks with me he gets tremors. ?

Even when its pleasant conversation, it hurts his headache and get tremors and inbalance. We had been dating for almost 8 months now and he suddenly stopped communicating a lot and then he said that to me. He is narcissistic and he recently think he has asperger syndrome. I stayed with him no matter what but no matter what i do it is always bad. He asks sorry everytime and we reconcile but it happens again again and again. Now i ask him why he doesn't talk with me as bfr and he tell me that. I will appreciate any thought or advice
