We were friends and I'm sure she liked me but I was too shy and she got a boyfriend. When I would see her she would act like she didn't see me until a month ago when she stopped and talked to me when I was with female friend.

That night I text her telling her she's looking good and it was nice to see her and to text me sometime. She said thanks I will and has not yet. That means she is not interested at all not even at a friendship level right?

She's not interested, I think she was just curious, I don't know if jealous, but just curious about you and your female friend. And maybe she is just waiting for a time to message you, or maybe at that time her and her boyfriend were having trouble at the time and came to you. It happened to me and then nothing and it took a few months for him to come around so I just think that right now just move on without her or find some hot female friend while around her to see how she reacts, maybe you should make a move on her first, I don't know text her to meet you somewhere at a certain time (private) and see if she shows up.

seems like she does not really cares about you guy...and her behaviour also indicates that she perceives you as her property since whenever there is a girl around you...she starts "seeing" you so that to make the other girl aware that she forms part of your life...but concerning the pic she avoid the one with the girl on it...hmmmmmm
