Why do a girl text a guy out of blue but doesn't keep conversation going?

Why does this girl my crush text me out of blue to say she is on leave tomorrow. But doesn't keep convos gng. She knows i love her. She nvr reply my text and take my call. But she calls me and texts me to inform whether she is cmg or on leave. When i reply whether is she on leave and ask reason she ain't replying. She see my message but stick not to reply. Why is this? If you feel she ain intersted why she shud message me out of the blue and make my mind screwup like this for past 12hrs.
I feel she is using me as dustbin whenevr she wants she text me and chose not to reply on her accord...

Make a move, right now. Ask her out. On a date, not a friendly thing, and make sure she knows it's a date.

If she says no, then don't reply to her texts again. She clearly doesn't respect you enough to reply to your texts and take your calls. I hate it when people ignore me. It's very disrespectful and I won't allow myself to be treated like a doormat, and you shouldn't either.

If you're not ready to make a move, confront her gently. No one should ignore people and get away with it. Let her know that you're not her puppy dog.
