Why do some guys find female abs a turn off?

It is one of those things that girls like on girls more than guys like on girls. Girls generally want to be tall and runway model thin, but guys generally don't want that in a girl. Softer features are just more feminine in my opinion. I like some shape on a woman. A flat stomach is great, but abs are not something that attracts me to a woman.

What personally also tends to turn me off about girls with abs is their lifestyle. I go to gym 4 or 5 times a week and I have a balanced diet. For a woman (or man) to have low enough fat for abs to be visible their lifestyle must dominate their lives. They can't eat junk food or drink alcohol at all. They can only eat certain foods and have to be exercising mmost of the time

I'm sorry but that's where you are wrong. I eat junk food, and all that stuff and what I do sounds like what you're doing. It's not a matter of being so skinny that you have abs or have to exercise most of the time, unless you think exercising an hour a day is most of the time

Same reason how some men prefer Asian girls. Never saw them with abs but usually thin and petite.
Abs isn't unattractive but for personal taste I dont need my girl to have muscles. Just slim and slender will do.

what if the girl is naturally slim? not super thin but like, muscular thin do you get it?

as long as she doesn't have muscles popping out. but realistically a really thin woman is not going to give me the time of day because I have a few pounds on me. Although I wouldn't call myself fat, a really thin person might. building muscle and definition and HAVING muscles is different. as long as she still looks feminine and not like a body builder I like it.

Victoria secret models have abs because they are soooooo skinny its a turn off. Women are supposed to have more bodyfat because of higher levels of estrogen.

what about girls who naturally aren't curvy? When I gain weight it goes only to two areas, thigh and stomach and it's just not pretty. Also, it's a misconception about the vs models, take Heidi Klum or tyra banks for example, or Adriana lima.

I am attracted to soft, smooth, flat skin. Also, it's usually only guys who have abs. So my head associates ab muscles with men, which is not attractive, to me anyway
