What does it mean when a guy touches your chin?

Ok so Yesterday I Went To A Small Family Orientated Party & My Crush was there (we are not related). Well me and him were talking earlier this year but stopped talking because he was saying things about me so i decided to lay him off but i still had feelings for him. Well yesterday me and him were in the living room talking after a couple months of not texting each other, and when we were conversating he got his hand and touched my chin like if he were to kiss me but didnt? & to be continued when i got up and stood by the door he walked by and grabbed my Bottom. Note: We Have Never Had Sex Or Kissed. Actually this was the first time we got to talk In person. What can any of this Mean?
