What does it mean when a guy touches your hair?

I normally use a ponytail and my hair drops at my left shoulder. Yesterday I was sitting down and then my coach gently put my hair on my back. What does that mean is he into me?

I am 20 yo and am new in a volleyball team and the coach who is old is really friendly to the girls. He is really close to some because he also coaches a school where many of my teammates come from. I know him from before but now he is really nice to me and I am starting to feel like he is into me.
Everytime we are chatting in a group he is looking at me as if he was only talking to me. Also the other day we went to a game and had few space in the car so they told him he should carry me but he didn't want to.
Then one day he came early and was talking to me and told me that he bought a new tv and this and that and that this girl (grilfriend who comes once in a while to practice) was angry. But if he does not waste his money on a tv he would on beers and he has no wife anyways so...
Now, I have a boyfriend who is 45 and he always comes to visit. My coach had already asked me who he was but I can't tell him he is my boyfriend. Yesterday my boyfriend took me to practice and I was there with him for a while but my coach passed by talking to me and then told me to go to practice now and it was still early.
Then after practice he asked me again who my boyfriend was and I told him he was a friend and he said he thought he was my uncle. Then he grabbed my ponytail which I had at one side of my head and put it in the back while he looked at my face. I don't know how I should feel about that but I think I am sensing that he likes me.
