I was out at dinner with a group of friends and a guy who's not really my friend but more like an acquaintance went and touched my hair. And so I said "what?" because I was confused. And he was just like "sry I just had to bc it's just.. there". I don't really like him that much I just wanted to know if he likes me or if guys just normally touch girls hair.
