Guys call me perky? What's that really mean, generally speaking?

I'm not from this country so I want to know what that means when they call me hey perky! well I know the hot,the pretty,the sexy and the rest but perky? I know when I say refers to boobs but it sound to me like they generally said I'm perky type of girl..*shrug* please define to me what its meant when they say that do they refer on attitude?body or the way I walk I don't know please clarify thanks guys

When a guy says something odd or weird that isn't normally used, it's because he pretty much was scrambling for a word to say at the time. Perky usually means upbeat.
