Any truth to the "eyebrow flash"?

I have read about a couple signs that guy shows when he likes a girl.

One of them is that he will raise his eyebrows really quickly when he sees her. Often when he smiles too it usually means he at least thinks she's cute.

Any truth to this?

I've noticed it a lot in some guys. One guy basically did that eyebrow thing every time I saw him and he would often smile at me as well.

This other guy did a similar thing and would look at me from head to toe a lot and gave me other really obvious signs of interest- like telling his friends I was attracted and calling me/trying to hang out all the time.

I'm just curious if the eyebrow flash is a real thing.

When I see a girl for the first time and she looks so good that I think "Damn!", or when there is a cute girl that I see all the time but then she surprises me by getting so dolled up that I think "Damn!", I do the eyebrow flash as a kind of involuntary response.

Note that the eyebrow flash does not tell much about what the guy thinks about your personality. As I said, I have done the eyebrow flash for strangers. Obviously, I don't know the personality of strangers. However, I've never done it for a girl whose personality I did know but disliked. So, I guess you could say that the eyebrow flash means that you have a chance, but no guarantee, of getting him.
